Dr. Cecilia Lam has over fifteen years of working experience with children with developmental needs from pre-K to university students. She is a fully registered Educational and Developmental division member of the Australian Psychological Society and a registered health practitioner in the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. She also a member of The Hong Kong Psychological Society Division of Educational Psychology and a registered member of The Hong Kong Association of Educational Psychologists

Dr. Lam applied the Integrated Scientist-Practitioner model as an Educational Psychologist. In her practice, she combines research and clinical practice and provides her services with a scientific evidence-based approach. Dr. Lam is specialized in diagnosing and managing children with Developmental Delay, Specific Learning Difficulties (Chinese and English), Executive Functioning challenges, Social-behavioral challenges, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Conduct Disorder, School and Community Crisis Management. She is a trained practitioner of Theraplay® Attachment-based therapy, PATHS® and Preschoool PATHS® (social-emotional) curriculum, I-LAUGH® social skills program, SocialThinking® Program, Paired-Reading Program, LEGO® Therapy, The Incredible Years® Program, Integrated Family Intervention for Child Conduct Problems, Video Interaction Guidance® (VIG) Therapy, and The Psychological First-Aid. In addition, Dr. Lam is also an experienced consultant and trainer in providing psychoeducational consultations and delivering workshops and seminars for schools, teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Mr. Victor CHING has more than ten years of working experience in the various educational settings from pre-K to university students, including conducting psycho-educational assessments to support students’ development and learning; delivering programmes, seminars and workshops for parents, students, teachers and university students; as well as providing consultations and counselling on students’ development and learning issues. He is specialised in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gifted Education, Kindergarten Education, Parent Education, Psychological First Aid and Specific Learning Difficulties.

As a registered educational psychologist accredited by Department of Health, Victor is also a member of the HKPS in the Division of Educational Psychology and a registered SMPG facilitator of the SENG (Supporting the Emotional Needs of the Gifted) in USA. He is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society and a registered health practitioner in the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

More than 20 years of experience working with children of all ages from birth to adulthood with developmental and physical problems in various settings, including hospital authority, nongovernment organization and private centres.

Selina graduated with a Bachelor Science Degree in Pysiotherapy in the Netherlands. She values the concept of professional development and has completed Conductive Education in Hungary and many related trainings in Hong Kong, Netherlands and China.

Selina has worked with a diverse population including children with Sensory Processing Deficits, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD), Torticollis, Cerebral Palsy and various Neuromuscular Conditions and Congenital Conditions resulting in gross motor delay, low tone and sensory deficits.

Chloe is a registered Occupational Therapist with her Master degree in Sport Medicine and Health Science. She had extensive working experience in paediatrics field for more than 10 years, from hospitals to charity organisations, served from pre-school to secondary school.

Chloe has specialised training and certified in Sensory Integration (PECSI), Beckman oral motor training, sensory based approach to feeding therapy, Kids-Move programs, executive function training etc. It is her passion to work with children especially premature infant, children with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, learning disabilities and paediatric neurological conditions, in order to help them maximise their function and participation in everyday activities.

Besides the provision of therapy, Chloe also dedicated to enhance the image of the professional industry and provide support to parents, teachers and other child care professions by delivering educational talks and courses at schools or continue education institute. Her gentle, positive and cheerful personality keeps her clients engaged and motivated to reach their fullest potential. In her spare time, Chloe enjoys reading, hiking and spending most of the time with her two lovely children and family. She is definitely glad to share her parenting experience with you.

Charmaine is a registered Occupational Therapist with more than 15 years of experience working with children with developmental problems in various settings, including special schools, non-government organization and private clinics.

Charmaine is specialized in Paediatric Developmental Training and very experienced in performing sensory integration training and therapeutic listening, especially for children with Autism Spectrum or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

She also provides clinical education and tutorial to students of occupational therapy. She was the guest lecturer of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Laurena CHEN

Laurena is a school based occupational therapist and currently works at an international school in Hong Kong. She has worked for the English School Foundation (ESF) for many years and has experience working with children from 3-19 years old with moderate and severe levels of disability in a school setting. She also has experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder’s as well as a range of developmental disabilities.

She pursued her Master Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California and has experience working in early intervention. She also spent time working at Anaheim School District as well as The Center for Occupation and Lifestyle Redesign of the University of Southern California. She is an Ayres Sensory Integration® practitioner and has certification in the USC/WPS SIPT, Therapeutic Listening and has extensive knowledge in lifestyle redesign. She has a passion towards sensory integration, coaching, as well as working with individuals with ADHD.

Laurena believes that all children are born with their own set of strengths and talents. She firmly believes that it is her mission to help identify these gifts and to support her clients and their families to feel empowered in the process. It takes just one person, a parent, a teacher or a mentor to help cultivate their strengths and provide inspiration to guide them to success and fulfilment in life. In her free time, Laurena enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and their two dogs.
